Responsibilities:
Key Activities:

  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customers' market dynamics, segments and trends.
  • Engage with our Key Accounts at all levels.
  • New business lead generation.
  • Business prospecting and targeting.
  • Identification of new opportunities to deliver revenue and profitability growth.
  • Manage Sales process from enquiry through qualification to order completion.
  • Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
  • Management of sales pipeline through Opportunity Pipeline Tracker.
  • Support global commercial teams on deployment of regional, key account management strategies.
Sales Planning and Market Development
Key Activities:
  • Develop and implement sales plan.
  • Effective customer preparation.
  • Delivery of market segmentation matrix.
  • Pitching relevant products to customers.
  • Support customer forecasting process with other sites.
  • Drive new products/solutions with innovation team from the market insights and customer needs gathered.
  • Attendance of Regional Sales meetings.
Performance Management
Key Activities:
  • Continuous review of market performance versus the annual plan with creation of action plans to address areas of under-performance, driving new activity.
  • Market trend analysis and competitor activities within the region.
  • Pro-actively act from "Voice of the Customer" survey.
  • Tracking performance through Salesforce.com.
KPI's: Market sales and profitability versus plan and prior year. Customer feedback from VOC survey. Sales pipeline conversion rate. Sales growth
Requirements:
  • Degree (Accounting, Engineering, Business and Marketing majors strongly encouraged).
  • 5-7 years of experiences in the relevant industries.
  • Experience in ERP systems (e.g. IBM Cognos), database management and advanced Excel / Access user
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
  • Energetic self-starter possessing self-confidence and maturity
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, writing and listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals under time and pressure.
  • Passion for sales and business growth Project management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious, resourceful and driven.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong sense of prioritization with the ability to quickly move from one task to another.
  • A flair for innovative business proposals.
  • Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service.
