Job Overview:
We're an Established Digital Marketing Agency, launching our Dubai operations for the first time. We're looking for a Sales Manager with proven agency experience in Dubai to lead our sales function, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will manage and mentor a team of Sales, Business Development and Telesales Executives, playing a key role in establishing our footprint in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development by identifying and closing opportunities with UAE clients
Lead and manage a team of 3 4 Sales and Telesales Executives
Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to help meet their digital marketing goals
Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to tailor solutions for prospects
Set team sales targets, monitor performance, and report on sales metrics
Represent the company at networking events, pitch meetings, and client engagements
Train, motivate and build a high-performing sales team from scratch
Provide insights into UAE market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in sales roles within a digital marketing or advertising agency
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the marketing space _Women First Jobs
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Solid understanding of digital marketing services (Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
