Job Description


Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Account management, business analytics, and channel development. Team supervision and coordination with marketing .
\xc2\xb7 Conduct effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing.
\xc2\xb7 Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
\xc2\xb7 Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Set individual sales targets with sales team. -Work on sales scripts with agents.
\xc2\xb7 Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
Requirements :
\xc2\xb7 Must have 4-8 Years of experience with Real Estate industry within UAE.
\xc2\xb7 Should have driving license and Car.
\xc2\xb7 Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work.
