Sales Manager is urgently required for Technopower Group of companies operating in GCC, MENA Region and UK Region for its head office in Sharjah, UAE Key Responsibilities:
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals for Diesel Generators, portable generators, synchronization and electric panels
Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation.
Recruit sales Executives/technicians, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements and skills:
A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies is a must
Ability to lead a sales team is must.
Experience in customer relationship management is a must.
Experience managing and directing a sales team is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
