Key Responsibilities:
Drive showroom sales by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients.
Engage with clients, providing expert guidance on decorative lighting solutions tailored to their needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and stock availability.
Organize showroom promotions, product launches, and marketing activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
Build and nurture strong relationships with designers, contractors, and customers to expand the client base.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, furniture, or architectural products.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of lighting or design products is a plus.
Valid UAE driver's license (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
