The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing key client relationships, managing the sales team, and expanding market presence while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for curtains and blinds.
Manage and lead the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Identify new business opportunities within residential, commercial, hospitality, and fit-out projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
Oversee the full sales cycle from inquiry, site visit, and estimation to order closure and coordination with operations.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
7-15 years
of proven sales experience in
curtains, blinds, window coverings, or interior fit-out
.
Strong understanding of
manual and motorized curtains & blinds systems
.
Established network with
interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers
in the UAE.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred/mandatory, as required).
