We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Indoor Sales Executive
to join our Curtains, Blinds, and Furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide professional product guidance to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable curtains, blinds, and furniture options.
Prepare quotations, explain product features, materials, and customization options.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and after-sales support.
Maintain showroom displays, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and installation teams for smooth order processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
Stay updated on market trends, new arrivals, and product specifications.
Requirements:
Previous experience in indoor showroom sales, preferably in curtains, blinds, furniture, or interior decor.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong sales persuasion and follow-up abilities.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills for preparing quotes and managing customer records.
Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
