Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Promote and sell NGBTech's CRM platform and digital solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to optimize sales strategies
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Use CRM tools to track pipeline, communications, and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in
B2B sales
(minimum 3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of
CRM systems
and digital marketing solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently
Familiarity with Zoho, Salesforce, odoo ... CRM is a
plus
