Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics & Mobile Accessories

We are a fast-growing distributor in the consumer electronics and mobile accessories sector, proudly working with globally recognized brands such as Sony, JBL, Anker, Nothing, CMF, and our own OEM brand - NorthPlus line. With a strong presence across the GCC and beyond, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets across multiple brands. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets. Manage and monitor sales teams to ensure performance and productivity. Analyze market trends and competitors to strengthen brand positioning. Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches and timely delivery. Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 6-7 years of proven experience in sales within consumer electronics/mobile accessories. Strong track record of managing relationships with hypermarkets, retailers, and distributors (Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Virgin, etc. is an advantage). Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams, manage multiple brands, and deliver results under pressure. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or Urdu is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in
