Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics (Iraq, Kuwait & Oman)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our business operations across Iraq, Kuwait, and Oman. This role will focus on driving sales growth, strengthening channel partnerships, and enhancing our brand presence across key KDR retail partners such as Xcite (Kuwait), Lulu (Oman), Extra, and Sharaf DG.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the consumer electronics industry, has a proven track record in regional sales management, and possesses strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned retail and KDR partners.
Develop and execute business plans for IR, Wholesale, and KDR channels to ensure consistent growth.
Monitor sales performance by category and product, taking corrective actions where needed.
2. Channel Partner & KDR Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales teams and key retail partners.
Plan and execute sales activities, quarterly reviews, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure pricing, merchandising, and brand policies are followed across retail outlets.
3. Retail Execution & Visibility
Oversee in-store execution, ensuring planogram compliance and display standards.
Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams for campaign implementation.
Conduct retail audits to assess visibility, stock levels, and brand presence.
Manage promoter performance and ensure adequate staffing during key campaigns.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze brand performance using the 4P framework (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and PSI management.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and channel strategies.
Recommend actionable strategies to strengthen brand market share in IR and KDR channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile devices or mobile accessories industry.
Strong knowledge and experience working with KDR partners (e.g., Xcite, Lulu, Extra, Sharaf DG).
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel frequently to Iraq, Kuwait, and Oman.
