Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead and manage sales operations for Government and Semi-Government customers. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and supervising the sales team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development (45%)

Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets Visit customers regularly and provide product and solution-based guidance Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

Sales Operations & Business Support (35%)

Supervise sales supervisors and salesmen and monitor daily sales activities Ensure safeguarding of company assets within assigned markets Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions with management approval Oversee accounts receivable and coordinate with finance teams

Market & Competition Analysis (10%)

Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and new product launches Prepare market intelligence reports for management review

Reporting (10%)

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Assistant General Manager and senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred) 8-12 years of sales experience (FMCG background preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong customer-focused and relationship-building skills
