Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in KSA.
Build and manage distributor network and key accounts.
Negotiate contracts and pricing; monitor market trends.
Support product launches with technical teams.
Report sales, forecasts, and inventory to HQ.
Requirements
8-10 years in specialty chemicals sales (coatings, inks, adhesives, sealants).
Experience with key accounts and mid/small customers in KSA.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.
