Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Science, Engineering, Marketing or Business Management.
8+ years of UAE B2B sales experience in Plastics and/or Packaging industry
Must have working knowledge of all relevant new items, products and processes, related to Corporate Sales of rigid plastic packaging such as Bottles, Containers, Caps and Closures
Computer Skills: Must having working knowledge of Excel, Word, CRM
Excellent Stakeholder Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
Must have UAE driving license.

Drive sales volumes & revenue profitability targets, through the development new business.
Client Servicing
Create effective partnerships & relationships and by demonstrating a technical understanding of materials, equipment and process.
Expand customer base
Identify key projects
Build relationship with key personnel (decision makers)
Prepare and present proposals to obtain new orders including proper review of customer specifications and commercial requirements
Coordinate and resolve customer service issues, retain customers
Design technical applications for customer enquiries.
Prepare technical specifications, documentation and drawings for customer enquiries (tenders/quotations)
Liaise with engineering on R&D project and assist with design modifications to suit customer requirements
