Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will not only focus on achieving sales targets but also contribute to the development and enhancement of our business services and products, ensuring we stay competitive and relevant in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to expand service offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients. Collaborate with management to design and improve business services and products. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Sales Manager in business services, consulting, or related industries in the UAE. Strong understanding of Dubai's business environment, free zones, and government services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop new services/products based on client demand. Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
