Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Must be experienced in brand perfume sales (Wholesale and Retail)
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Contributing to increase consumers brand experience.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service & Brand Experience
  • Generating new leads & facilitate up-selling/cross-selling.
  • Growing fragrance clients\xe2\x80\x99 database.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years sales experience in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
  • Must have managerial skill (managed a team in his previous role)
  • Must have a driving license.
  • Must be able to achieve targets and expand the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and create a loyal customer base.
  • Proactive, committed, and enthusiastic team player
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Primary (Preferred)
Experience:
  • business development manager (Preferred)
Language:
  • English, Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)
