The Role
Job Title: Sales Manager : The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of beverage products for the company. This will be an individual contributor role and you will be working to increase sales and market share in the retail segment as well as within the diplomatic corps. (embassies/consulates). Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure sales targets are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverages industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of local and state regulations related to beverage sales and distribution. \xe2\x80\xa2 A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
