Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage our team with key banking experience in SME'S/Personal Loan and Credit Card experience in UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial services and outstanding leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients Setting sales quotas and goals Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities Defining and executing territory sales plans

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within banking sales in the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of banking operations and products, with experience managing teams of 15 or more. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant qualifications in finance or management are preferred.
