Sales Manager
to lead our
B2B coffee sales
direction and help grow our client network.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively identifying and reaching out to new potential clients across the UAE
Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with existing B2B clients
Conducting product tastings, coffee meetings, and follow-up visits to support sales growth
Achieving monthly and quarterly
sales targets
with full ownership of your client base
Providing product knowledge and basic brewing support to new partners
Gathering feedback and ensuring top-level service quality and client satisfaction
Representing our brand with professionalism, passion, and a deep love for coffee
What We're Looking For
Mandatory experience in B2B coffee sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English
(both written and spoken)
Valid UAE driver's license and readiness for
travel across UAE
Proven track record of
meeting and exceeding sales targets
Passion for coffee and willingness to represent a quality-focused brand
Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
Coffee-related certifications or training are a plus
