B2B Sales Manager
to drive business growth and manage key client relationships in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for joinery, fit-out, and interior design projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and interior design firms.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent sales growth.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design
(mandatory).
10+ years of proven B2B sales experience
in joinery, fit-out, and interior design.
Strong understanding of the UAE interiors market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Arabic language
proficiency is a strong advantage.
Valid UAE
driving license
is mandatory.
