Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and grow our auction sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating directly with the purchasers/buyers team, ensuring high buyer engagement, and working closely with the auctions, operations, and shipping departments to maximize vehicle turnover and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase vehicle turnover through auctions.
Liaise with the purchaser/buyer teams to ensure buyer needs and preferences are understood and met.
Maintain strong coordination with the auction team to ensure timely updates, catalogues, and seamless auction operations.
Work closely with the operations and shipping team to track inventory, manage logistics, and ensure vehicles are delivered or released promptly.
Analyze sales trends, bidder behavior, and auction performance to improve marketing and pricing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers, dealers, and fleet customers.
Ensure customer service standards are upheld, resolving complaints or disputes in coordination with management.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Any degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of sales experience in automotive, auctions, or related sectors.
Knowledge of
vehicle import/export, auctions, and local market dynamics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
