Coordinate closely with the factory to ensure seamless production, timely delivery, and quality control of vehicles, while optimizing inventory levels.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop compelling brand positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, including advertising, events, sponsorships, and dealer incentives, to generate excitement and drive sales.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other key stakeholders to expand the brand\'s presence and reach.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills, performance, and effectiveness in selling the new brand.
Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on launching new brands and products.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in a competitive market environment.
Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
