Duties

Lead and manage the division's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Oversee project management from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians in areas such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and equipment repair. Analyze schematics and design plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in maintenance and field service operations. Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in mechanical knowledge, welding, boiler maintenance, and ammonia refrigeration. Collaborate with other divisions to ensure seamless integration of services offered. Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on HVAC/R systems. Strong background in mechanical knowledge, including air conditioning systems, refrigeration techniques, and appliance repair. Experience as a service technician or in field service roles is highly desirable. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design and plumbing systems. Familiarity with equipment repair techniques using tools such as an ohmmeter. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
