Carisma Decoration and Implementation LLC is a Dubai-based construction and fit-out company seeking a Sales Executive to support business development and secure commercial and residential projects within the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new construction and fit-out leads (commercial & residential).
Visit construction sites, consultants, developers, and potential clients.
Promote the company's services and follow up on opportunities.
Assist in negotiating and securing contracts and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams during the project acquisition stage.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Dubai construction or fit-out market.
Solid knowledge of construction and fit-out works.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Own car is mandatory for site visits.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
