Job Description

Should have 3 to 5 years experience in Abu Dhabi - UAE experience in Sales Support and Logistics
Location: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi
Job responsibilities :
  • Coordinate Sales Team: Manage team schedules, file important documents, and effectively communicate relevant information to the team.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Assistance: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including coordinating between departments and preparing necessary documents.
  • Sales Orders and Quotations: Prepare and process sales orders and quotations in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents like Certificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
