Voted Dubai's SME Agency of the year 2021 by Bayut/Dubizzle, our client are now recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Broker looking to take their career to the next level. We are a fun loving office looking for an experienced Sales Agent, that would like the opportunity to help guide our Academy graduates as well as our current team of Sales Brokers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales team operations and strategies. By researching market trends and, develop and implement sales strategies.

We need a self-motivated professional with proven experience and an outstanding track record in sales at a senior position within the secondary market sector. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.

Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Work with clients to better understand their business needs and goals.

Establish & conduct a strong training program to train new and old consultants.

Meet with the Director to assess company performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies

Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

A strong track record of sales in a senior position.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate Market with experience in the same.

Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Great motivator and guide to consultants

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

3+ years' of experience in sales

Strong leadership skills
