We are Dubai-based Real Estate Brokerage, actively supporting investors to find and purchase properties in Dubai market since 2006. Our clients are a mix of international and Dubai-based investors, who buy for rental yields, capital growth, and, to live in. Having been with us for years, they are the testament to our level of service, commitment to developing long-term relationships and our ability to consistently deliver. We are currently Hiring a Sales Manager who will Join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Define and implement the sales strategies.
- Knack for client satisfaction and closing deals.
- Contributes to the team\'s and individual growth.
- Prepares reports on regular basis.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Create an open and harmonious work culture.
- Must have prior real estate sales experience of minimum 2 years in Dubai.
- Deep knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to work under strenuous circumstances and still deliver.
- Strong negotiation and communications skills.
- Russian / English/ Spanish/ Romanian/ Arabic / French speaking
- MUST have a Driver\'s license
