• Establish and develop business relationships with customers and real estate developers to generate sales;
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings;
• Guide customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property;
• Showcase properties to clients and provide detailed information on features, benefits, and investment potential.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve successful sales and leasing agreements.
• Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information;
• Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base;
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate
• Proven track record of closed sales
• Fluent in the English language
• Social Media Guru
• Self-motivated
• Growth Mindset
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Authentic and ethical approach
• Exceptional customer focus
• Must be available in UAE
