We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Sales Lady
to join our team and work at our kiosk located inside a busy shopping mall. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience in sales or customer service. She will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
Handle sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain a clean and organized kiosk
Monitor stock levels and report when restocking is needed
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service (1 year preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and confident
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Basic math skills for handling payments
