Job Description
Responsibilities
:Greet and engage customers as they approach the kiosk, offering assistance and information about products or services. Demonstrate and explain products or services to customers, answering any questions they may have. Actively sell products, meet or exceed sales targets, and promote current deals or offers. Ensure the kiosk is well-stocked and products are organized and displayed attractively. Report low stock or product issues to management. Operate the cash register or POS system, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management. Promote special offers, discounts, or seasonal sales to customers. Collect and record customer feedback to help improve products or services. Ensure the kiosk and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and inviting. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while interacting with customers and handling products.
Qualifications
:Experience
: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.Skills
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly. Strong sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Availability
: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,200.00 per month
