Sales & Key Account Executive
to build strong client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, tech) to deliver client requirements.
Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.
Requirements
2-4 years experience in
sales, business development, or account management
(preferably in [your sector]).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
