Interns will support the sales team through backend tasks, data organization, and material preparation.
1. CRM Data Hygiene & Lead Structuring
Clean, tag, and structure lead and account records in Zoho CRM.
Identify and merge duplicate records; ensure all leads are assigned to the right salesperson or region.
Track lead source accuracy and update missing fields (e.g., industry, location).
Review unconverted or stale leads and categorize them for reactivation or archival.
2. Sales Tools & Collateral Support
Assist with updating and formatting pitch decks, brochures, and proposal templates.
Organize and maintain the shared drive with up-to-date sales resources.
Support in creating internal sales process guides or cheat sheets.
3. Lead Research & Prospecting
Research new leads based on target industries and market signals.
Build segmented prospect lists with insights (e.g., company size, fleet type, region).
Identify LinkedIn profiles or press coverage that supports the lead qualification process.
4. Flight Operator & Empty Leg Research (NEW - Sales/Flight Care Crossover)
Research operators with published empty leg flights on their websites.
Consolidate operator listings into a centralized internal reference file.
Highlight potential partners based on frequency, region, and type of aircraft.
Support the Flight Care team with operator data that can be used to strengthen Jet Link/Avinode connections.
5. Competitor & Market Trend Tracking
Monitor and summarize competitor offerings and sales strategies.
Assist in the creation of comparison documents or internal market briefs.
* Track seasonal patterns in chartering and help visualize trends in lead generation.
