We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the medical or aesthetic field to manage and convert leads generated through our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client communication, lead nurturing, and sales closing -- especially in the healthcare, cosmetic, or wellness industries.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads received from marketing campaigns (calls, WhatsApp, emails, CRM).
Understand client needs and promote the clinic's services professionally and confidently.
Schedule consultations and coordinate between clients and doctors/clinic team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
Keep accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality and targeting.
Stay up-to-date with clinic services, pricing, and promotional offers.
Assist in building long-term relationships with VIP clients and referrals.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a medical, aesthetic, or wellness clinic (dermatology, dental, cosmetic surgery, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing leads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Presentable, persuasive, and client-oriented personality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Based in Dubai with a transferable visa preferred.
