Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in need of printing and design services (e.g., banners, brochures, business cards, signage, packaging, etc.) Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and print solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required. Create layouts and designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, banners, posters, and signage. Prepare artwork for offset, digital, and large-format printing. Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams. Ensure accuracy of designs, including correct bleed, resolution, and color settings for print.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or diploma holder Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp communication) Positive attitude, confidence, and team player Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of print layout and production
