Key Responsibilities

Proven experience (5+ years) in export sales, area management, or international business development, preferably in the electrical products industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical products (switchgear, cables, lighting, transformers, control systems, etc.).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple markets and work with diverse cultures.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in assigned international markets.

Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, and partners in target countries.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competition, and assess market trends for electrical products.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors to ensure profitability.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, and technical support) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, product certifications, and documentation requirements.

Provide product training and technical support to distributors and key clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
