Proactively identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the signage sector across retail, F&B, corporate, fit-out, and civil contracting industries.
Meet with clients to understand their branding and signage requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their design and budget needs.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and visual presentations to prospective clients.
Stay up to date with current market trends, pricing, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Coordinate closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed on time.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on sales progress and market activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of signage types, including industrial, retail, wayfinding, illuminated and non-illuminated signage.
Strong understanding of printing, lighting, fabrication, and installation processes.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong market awareness, including current trends and pricing in the signage industry.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
