Job Description

We are currently seeking a Service Sales Engineer/Executive to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As a Service Sales Engineer/Executive, your target will be maximizing the sales and profitability of the department by promoting sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts and Fit-outs related to Fire protection systems to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans whilst working closely with the rest of the sales team to maximize opportunities.

Your success in this role is determined by your ability to be customer oriented, while finding the most suitable value proposition for the customer. This position will require you to be highly organized, able to prioritize and collaborate with cross-functional teams. ?We expect you to be able to follow market trends and to challenge the status quo, looking for innovative solutions for an ever-changing customer and market scenario.

This function will increase the efficiency of the overall operation and increase Service Sales.

Essential Duties



Follow up, qualify, and respond to leads from different sources as appropriate.

Make outbound sales calls to existing and lost customers and prospects.

Prepare and submit quotations and ensure that a follow up is made until receipt of purchase order

Secure sales leads from maintenance engineers visit reports and other inquiries (coming through emails, phone etc.); qualify the leads and provide a price quotation directly to the customer

To send service reminders to non-contract/Contract customers (Contact every customer 10 months after their last service, remind them on their next service dues)

Support the rest of the sales team by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximize our customer share.

Report all sales and marketing activities to manager. Analyze market information and customer database.

Liaise between customers, contracts & risk, and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships.

Responsible for leading price and commercial negotiations with customers.

Achieving assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets

Collaborate with other areas and sales teams and functions to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers

Perform other duties related to the strategic and operational development of the Aftermarket business

Actively contribute to team efforts, meetings and discussions

What we expect of you?



Experience & Education



A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Service sales related to Fire Protection systems in Dubai.

Prospecting and conducting systematic sales process would be an advantage for the applicant.

Experience in programming of different panels would also be a plus.

A bachelor's degree is in engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered.

Must be well versed in MS Office products.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
