Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new potential clients, including
contractors, consultants, and developers
for joinery and interior fit-out projects
Maintain and grow existing client relationships to improve business
Negotiate
contracts, prices, and payment terms
with clients in coordination with management
Follow up on
quotations, approvals, LPOs, and payments
to ensure smooth project flow
Achieve assigned
sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of outdoor/project sales experience
in joinery, fit-out, or related construction industries in UAE
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong
network of contractors, consultants, and developers
in the UAE market
Valid
UAE driving license is mandatory
Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential if experience aligns
