Job Purpose
To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market share within the assigned territory. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of our food products.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers, and hospitality (HORECA) channels.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and onboard new potential customers to expand the company's market reach.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local UAE market, including competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
  • Route Planning & Management: Efficiently plan daily sales routes and schedules to maximize customer coverage and sales opportunities.
  • Order Processing & Collection: Manage the entire sales cycle from order taking and processing to ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Reporting: Submit daily sales reports, market visit summaries, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Brand Representation: Professionally represent the company and its brand values at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Food, FMCG, or Beverage industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local UAE market dynamics and distribution networks.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Performance-Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and possessing a strong customer-centric approach.
