Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our facility management team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UAE market, a strong sales background, and a proactive approach to business development, client relations, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

Identify new opportunities across residential, commercial & industrial sectors Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking & site visits Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations & close deals Prepare customized proposals & service agreements Meet monthly sales targets to drive company revenue

Market Strategy & Collaboration

Monitor competitor trends & market changes Develop sector-specific sales strategies Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns Provide feedback to improve services and offerings

Client Relationship Management

Maintain communication with existing clients Manage renewals, upselling & lifecycle support Resolve issues professionally & promptly Oversee key accounts with routine engagement

Reporting & Coordination

Coordinate with service/operations teams for seamless execution Submit regular performance & market insight reports Participate in internal meetings supporting growth goals

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of sales experience 2+ years in building maintenance or related field Valid driving license Strong communication & negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive & target-driven
