forAssistant Team Leader
roles.Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell
personal loan products
to individuals. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, field activity, and referrals. Meet and exceedmonthly sales targets
. Deliver excellent customer service andmaintain client relationships
. Contribute to team success and support junior sales members when required.Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in personal loan sales (UAE or home country). Strongcommunication, negotiation, and closing skills
. Proventarget-driven mindset
with high self-motivation. Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.Team leadership or mentoring experience
is a plus for those applying for Assistant Team Leader roles. Must becurrently residing in Dubai
