personal loan sales

Key Responsibilities

Sell

personal loans

to eligible customers through direct sales. Educate customers on loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Achieve and exceed assigned

sales targets

and performance KPIs. Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Stay updated on

UAE banks' personal loan policies

and compliance standards. Record and follow up on sales leads effectively.
Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

personal loan sales

or

financial sales

in the UAE. Strong understanding of loan products and documentation processes. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join immediately.
