Identify new business opportunities and generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and design firms.
Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on trends in glass, aluminum systems, and construction.
Use industry networks to uncover opportunities and referrals.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in glass, facades, aluminum systems, or metal fabrication sales.
Strong understanding of commercial glass types and aluminum integration.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
