We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Sales Executive

with a strong background in

glass and metal product sales

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the construction, architectural, or industrial markets and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of glass and metal solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for

glass and metal products

. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in construction, architecture, interior design, and industrial sectors. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Provide product knowledge, technical support, and guidance on applications and specifications. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed. Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build brand presence and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in the

glass, metal, or construction materials industry

. Strong knowledge of products such as

architectural glass, aluminum profiles, stainless steel sheets, metal fittings, or related materials

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
