Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including gyms, fitness centers, hotels, sports clubs, and individual customers.
Promote and sell a range of fitness equipment (cardio machines, strength equipment, accessories, etc.).
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely payment collection.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Coordinate with the logistics and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate leads.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in sales within the
fitness or gym equipment industry
.
Strong network and understanding of the UAE fitness market (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
