Job Summary:

Female Tele sales Executive

with proven experience in the

business setup or company formation industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our business setup services, and converting leads into clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote business setup services (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore). Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads. Understand customer needs and provide expert consultation on business licensing and company formation procedures. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online channels, and referrals. Maintain a detailed and organized record of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the operations and PRO team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of tele sales experience

, preferably in the business setup industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus). Knowledge of UAE company formation processes is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Presentable, confident, and well-organized.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation in the UAE. Familiarity with visa processing, trade licenses, and government regulations. Previous experience in working with consulting firms, PRO services, or legal advisors is an advantage.
