As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by proactively contacting potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of cargo and logistics services. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our cargo and logistics services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
Strong sales aptitude and a passion for achieving targets.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
