Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on F&B products.
  • Strong understanding F&B industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Vast experience in confectionary, and coffee categories, familiar with fresh produce and fish categories, existing network with wholesalers and modern trade in the UAE
English language spoken and written skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Sales Executive -In F&B Industry is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
  • Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
  • Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are me.
  • Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements.
  • Negotiate agreement terms and closing sales effectively.
  • Gather market and customer information for input in company system.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager or entering figures into a computer system.
  • Being able to review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by your manager.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers\' businesses and requirements.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
  • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
  • Respond to customer sales inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales.
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Formulate pricing policies and accuracy.
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis.
  • Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets and promote business.
  • Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
