We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Sales Executive - Curtains & Blinds
to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge in window treatments and a proven track record in
project-based or retail furnishing sales
. This role involves business development, client engagement, and end-to-end sales coordination to achieve revenue targets and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end-users
Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare competitive quotations
Present curtain fabrics, blinds, and window treatment solutions, explaining styles, mechanisms, and customization options
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients to generate repeat business
Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and weekly sales reports to management
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience
in curtains, blinds, or interior furnishing sales within the
UAE
Established network with
interior designers, decorators, fit-out contractors, and corporate clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Professional appearance with a strong customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
