Job Summary:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and to drive the company product /service by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media...
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
  • Formulate business proposals according to customers' business needs
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company products and services
  • Track daily sales using company-provided software and prepare, present sales reports at Weekly sales review meetings.
  • Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Follow up on service and product once the delivery has been made
Skills, Qualifications, and requirements:
  • Ambitious and highly motivated to meet the demands of the job
  • Proficiency in English - Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A graduate with 2+ years' experience in Sales
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Should be based in Abu Dhabi
  • Have a valid UAE driver's license

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
