TheCandidate

As Lifestyle executive,you will join a committedteam, drivenwith the intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences to an international diasporain the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

Asour ideal candidate, you have provenexperiencein a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, andleadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutionsthat break boundaries.

We arelooking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and criticalthinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye fordetail. An outgoing, people-friendlypersonality with an ability to think 'on your feet' during changing situationsis also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to developconstantly evolving service goals.

KeyResponsibilities

• Greet guests uponarrival and bid farewell upon departure

• Give courtesycalls and complete the task of Performance Monitor daily

• Maintain anactive presence in the hotel lobby to greet and assist incoming/currentguests

• Maintain a neat,tidy, pleasing and professional appearance at all times

• Handle guestcomplaints immediately and follow-up thoroughly

• Review andprepares next day's arrival reports for GC, VIPs and those accordedspecial status, ensuring that these are highlighted to the management andnecessary related functions are activated

• Ensure thatguest history is updated on a regular basis with accurate and pertinent information

• Assist andcoordinate with the Front Office Reception team to ensure consistentservices

• Assist FrontOffice team with Check-in/ Check-out processes during busy operationperiods

• Promoteinter-hotel sales and in-house facilities and be aware at all times ofbanquet (and other) events, hotel facilities, F&B outlets, specialpromotions/offers for the purpose of assisting guests and offering preciseinformation

• Actively obtainfeedback from guests to improve services and facilities
• Inspect VIP roomstatus and amenities in good order prior to guests' arrival

• Ensures that,whenever possible, guests receive personal recognition

• Escorts VIPguests to their allocated room and elaborate on all the availablefacilities/events/offers and room's features

• Prepare and coordinatethe distribution of guest amenities, welcome letters and fruit setups forVIPs, GC and long-stay guests, as required

• Ensures clearcommunication between Concierge, Front Office and Reservations, inparticular

• Report dailyactivities in logbook and attend daily operations briefings

• Comply at alltimes with Group's health, safety and hygiene regulations

• Is familiar withGroup's emergency procedures

• Performs otherduties as assigned by Service Manager

• Gives a properhand over at the end of every shift
